些食材對於該道菜餚的品質及口感佔有決定性的份量，則必須盡量提高那些食材的品質，比如一道奶油蝦仁
意大利面的成功與否跟選用的意大利麵條以及蝦仁的鮮度有很大的關係，於是當經費不足的時候，為了成本
的考量，你可以稍微降低其它次要食材的品質，但是重要食材的品質可是不能不顧喔！同時，你還必須決定
每道菜餚的價格，當你使用的食材品質偏高的時候，你可以將成本反映在價格上，或是為了招攬較多的顧客
而實施低價策略，以量制價。這些決定都將影響到顧客對你餐廳的評價與觀感，該如何兼顧利潤與顧客的感
受，完全操之在你！「奇跡餐廳」允許你自行決定如何經營一家成功的餐廳， 是要走大眾路線還是高檔路
線，各有各的玩法與趣味。
