1990年LucasArts推出的冒險遊戲《猴島的秘密》（The Secret of Monkey Island，另譯為《猴島小英雄》）
在包括PC平台在內的6個平台發售，在當時這是一款品質極佳的名作，遊戲精彩的情節、巧妙的謎題和風趣的
人物對話都令人十分著迷，《猴島秘密》在當時獲得了極大的成功和讚譽。 本作最大的特點便是令人捧腹的
情節和對話。《猴島秘密》故事發生在加勒比海中幾個虛構的小島上，一個叫Guybrush Threepwood的毛頭小
子一心想做海盜，為此他開始了自己的冒險，玩家的磨難也就此開始。

為了紀念這款經典，LucasArts決定開發PC版和XBLA版《猴島秘密特別版》，將當年的遊戲通過畫面全面進化
改良，再次呈現在玩家面前。
